Santral Yönetim Sistemi (SYS - Power Plant Management System) is a web and mobile application that enables Biogas Power Plants (BES) to monitor all their activities end-to-end, facilitating instant monitoring with dashboards and reports.

Within Santral Yönetim Sistemi (SYS - Power Plant Management System), landfill gas measurement values, landfill gas electricity generation, fuel and kilometer / hour tracking of power plant vehicles, waste entry, waste separation, stock tracking, sales tracking, Machine maintenance tracking, posture tracking, instantaneously from the web and mobile can be done.

Landfill gas measurements can be made with manual entry or bluetooth integration, planning and actual production monitoring in electricity generation, and instant monitoring of all these with advanced dashboards are among the important functions of Santral Yönetim Sistemi (SYS - Power Plant Management System).

With nearly 10 years of industry experience, Techvizyon has designed and developed the Power Plant Management System (SYS) for the correct and easy management of Biomass Power Plants (BES). More than 10 Biomass Power Plants (BES) have been using SYS actively for 2 years.

What is Biogas ?

Biogas is the mixture of gases produced by organic matter in the absence of oxygen (anaerobically), primarily consisting of methane and carbon dioxide. Biogas can be produced from raw materials such as agricultural waste, manure, municipal waste, plant material, sewage, green waste or food waste. Biogas is a renewable energy source.

What is biogas power plant ?

A biogas power plant is the name often given to an anaerobic digester that treats farm wastes or energy crops. It can be produced using anaerobic digesters (air-tight tanks with different configurations). These plants can be fed with energy crops such as maize silage or biodegradable wastes including sewage sludge and food waste. During the process, the micro-organisms transform biomass waste into biogas (mainly methane and carbon dioxide) and digestate.

*Application uses Bluetooth only for Gas measurement in Rigols. It also receives location information for location control in gas measurement made in rigs in the field.
